Daniel “Justin” Scott, RN

Justin Scott's journey into biohacking began in the competitive sports world, leading him down an unconventional path in Olympic-level sailing. Raised in a sports-centric environment, Justin earned three national collegiate titles and secured spots on prestigious Olympic-class sailing teams. After dedicating a decade to the US Armed Forces, he transitioned into health and wellness driven by a personal journey of self healing.
Justin faced numerous challenges, including depression, alcohol dependence, obesity, multiple surgeries, injuries, anxiety, anger, aggression, insomnia, severe acid reflux, fatty liver disease, and hypertension. Through biohacking, peptide therapy, and fitness, he transformed his life and discovered the power of holistic health. His extensive education includes degrees in psychology, general science, kinesiology, Exercise Science with an emphasis on human performance, and nursing. Justin's military and nursing careers have focused on trauma and emergency medicine, culminating in his role as the Trauma Program Manager at a major trauma facility. Witnessing the impacts of trauma has deepened his commitment to health and longevity, fueling his passion for helping others achieve peak performance.

Harold “Will” Gray
Co-Founder/Owner/Consultant
Will Gray holds an MPA and a BS in Business Management from Excelsior University of New York and brings over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership. As a pioneer in biohacking, Will has conducted extensive self-guided research to identify effective protocols and treatments.
He retired from the Army as a Command Sergeant Major after nearly 30 years of active-duty service, which included deployments in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operations Inherent Resolve. His military career stationed him in Japan, Ethiopia, Finland, Germany, South Korea, and he has traveled to 65 countries.
Before embarking on his biohacking journey, Will faced numerous health challenges, including multiple traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), brain fog, weight gain, fatigue, PTSD, insomnia, high cholesterol, dislocated shoulders with tears, tears in his thoracic spine with severe arthritis, multiple knee and wrist surgeries, and severe acid reflux. Traditional medical treatments involving numerous medications only masked his symptoms and, at times, caused further harm.
Through his biohacking journey, Will successfully navigated these physical and mental barriers, as demonstrated by his transformative before-and-after photos. Today, he leverages his extensive knowledge and passion for health and wellness, combined with the innovative treatments at BUFF, to help patients achieve remarkable results. Whether through hormone replacement, weight loss, pain management, muscle development, or nutritional and supplement guidance, Will is dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best as they age.

Her competitive nature flourished as she became a youth and collegiate swimmer, instilling in her the importance of discipline, perseverance, and optimal performance.
Following in her father's footsteps, Amanda served as a US Army Medic, where she honed her skills in emergency care and developed a profound understanding of the human body under pressure. Her journey continued as an ER Trauma Nurse, and she now excels as a Flight Nurse, providing critical care in high-stakes environments. This extensive medical background equips Amanda with unique insights into the intricacies of health optimization and the significance of proactive wellness strategies.
As a dedicated wife and loving mother of two, Amanda is motivated by her desire to lead a vibrant and healthy life for her family. Dr. Smith’s competitive spirit flourished as a high school swimmer, and her first job as a lifeguard further solidified her dedication to health and safety.
Dr. Smith's extensive education includes a Doctorate in Nurse Practice (DNP) from the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, a dual Master's degree in Nursing and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Hawai‘i Pacific University. Additionally, she earned certification in Health Information Technology (HIT) and as a laser technician (CLT), and she holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. Her early training as a radiologic technologist complements her clinical expertise, allowing her to apply a comprehensive approach to healthcare.
With over 20 years of progressive experience across various roles—spanning local clinics, private practices, medical flight companies, and health centers—Dr. Smith has developed a holistic approach to healthcare. As a veteran of the United States Army, she brings discipline, resilience, and a strong sense of service to her practice.
